- We have a 15-day EXCHANGE POLICY , which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange .
- At Oh So Fly, we value customer satisfaction. While we don't offer returns, we do facilitate exchanges.
- The product can be exchanged for anything within the similar range of its value.
- All our products will go through a thorough quality check and will be wear tested by our team.
- Kindly contact our support team within 15 days of receiving your order for assistance.
- Items for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- We’d highly appreciate it if you could use the Oh So Fly packaging to return the product. The postcard, however, is yours to keep.
- We request you to wait patiently throughout the exchange procedure and communicate with us.
- The process of exchange will go through two stages. First, your product will undergo a return where your product(s) will be returned to our team, and once received, we will initiate an exchange with the desired and agreed changes.

You can exchange it with any other product of the same value or more from our website . Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted .
